SHIPPING POLICY

EU delivery

In mainland Europe, we deliver your package for free if your order is over €150*. Under the amount of €150, you'll pay an additional fee for shipping and handling. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 

If we have the products in stock, we'll generally ship from our warehouse in Belgium within 2 workdays.

Your shipment will be sent with PostNL or DPD and you'll receive a track & trace code as soon as we ship your order.

*Heavy or big products will have an additional shipping cost, regardless of the order price. If you order a fridge, a fuel tank, an awning or a roof tent, an additional shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 

Global delivery

As experienced adventurers, we know that offroad adventure is for everybody and it can be found anywhere around the world. That's why we ship worldwide. 
Our webshop doesn't support global delivery, so if you want to order products from Offroad & More, just send an e-mail to info@offroadandmore.com and mention the products you want to buy and your address. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for shipment.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 workdays after receipt of payment and are shipped via PostNL or DPD with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
