1. Who is Offroad & More and How Can You Reach Us
Offroad and More is all about 4x4 parts and accessories. We have all the adventure gear you need for the best off-road experience: winches, roof racks, recovery equipment, fridges, camping gear, and more.

2. Applicability of Our Terms
These conditions are applicable when you buy or have bought something from us. We want to make sure you’ve seen these terms and conditions. They tell you what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Placing an order on the website counts as explicit acceptance of our terms and conditions, which can be accessed at all times through our website. If you order online, we'll get you a copy of these Terms and Conditions to either save or print.
Whether that's in the order confirmation or during delivery.

3. Our Offer, Your Order
We always tell you what, when, and how you can buy something. And how much it costs and if you can exchange it. Did you notice a mistake on the product page? Let us know. Images or descriptions are never binding.  To purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart. Fill out your contact information and invoice data. Choose your delivery method. In the last step, you see an overview page, you accept our Terms and Conditions and you confirm payment by clicking the button. Once you've gone through these steps, your purchase is final.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you aren't 18 yet, we ask you have the order placed by your parents or legal guardian. If we notice that an order is placed by a minor, we will not execute it. Your order will be complete and the agreement between us will be definitive as soon as we've received approval from the card issuer for your transaction with debit or credit cards. We accept Bancontact, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, money transfers, and cash. Orders without a valid payment can't be accepted or processed.

4. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send the product back within 30 days after receipt. Did you indicate that you’d like to return your order, within 30 days, we’ll send you a confirmation and we’ll send you a new product or you’ll receive your payment back within 3 days. There are no shipping costs when you return. If we haven't received the product yet and have no proof that you've returned it, we will have to wait for the refund.

5. Our Prices
We are always honest about the prices, so you don’t come across any unpleasant surprises. The prices on our webshop are including VAT. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout. If your delivery address is located outside of mainland Europe, you can get a quote for shipment by mailing to info@offroadandmore.com. Offroad and More attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing our products and prices. If you do see an error in product descriptions, pricing or other content, please let us know and we’ll correct it as soon as possible.

6. Payment
You can only pay for your online order via the payment module on our website. Every transaction is protected by a safe SSL connection. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the "lock" in your browser's status bar.

7. Shipping and Delivery
In most cases, if you can order it on the website, we have it in stock. Is it unexpectedly taking longer than we promised? We’ll let you know as soon as possible. If you no longer want the product, we’ll make sure we deposit your payment as soon as possible. Turns out we can’t deliver it? Then you receive notification and have the opportunity to cancel your order and get a refund or we’ll offer you a decent alternative.

8. Customer Service
Is something wrong with the product? We’ll solve this for you, of course. Contact us as soon as you notice the issue, and we’ll find the best solution to the situation. Do you have a complaint? Let us know and describe the problem as clearly as possible. This way, we can help you in the best possible way.

9. Intellectual Property
Our website, logos, texts, photos, names, and all our communication is protected by copyright. That means that you can't copy or reproduce any of these elements without our prior consent.

Our Terms and Conditions contain the most important agreements in clear language. By using this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to be legally bound to all terms contained within.
